Arsene Wenger has branded the intense scrutiny over his job a ‘farce’ after being dumped out of the FA Cup.
The
Arsenal manager came under increasing pressure on Sunday after his side
slumped to a shock quarter-final defeat to Watford at the Emirates
Stadium.
It is the latest brutal blow Arsenal have suffered in recent weeks following a run of just one win in seven.

The Gunners could be 11 points behind leaders Leicester if Claudio Ranieri’s side defeat Newcastle on Monday night.
Likewise, Arsenal face Barcelona at the Nou Camp on Wednesday trailing 2-0 from the first-leg.
Arsenal’s capitulation has seen Wenger face a backlash from a growing action of fans who believe the Frenchman should leave.
However,
Wenger angrily hit back on Sunday, saying: ‘The next game is always a
big challenge and you are always in the middle of a drama.
‘It is becoming a farce. We have lost a game. We are sad and we want to focus on the next game.

‘Arsenal
has lost games before in history and we will lose again in the future.
We will stick together and cope with it and prepare for the next one
with complete belief.’
